¿Qué estamos buscando?
- Priorización del portfolio de proyectos del área
- Asegurar la medición del impacto así como la consecución de los objetivos operacionales de los proyectos de Banca de Empresas y Gobierno (KPIs de CAPEX /OPEX, MVPs, Features y Time to market)
- Promover iniciativas de mejora continua de los proyectos del área así como la optimización de staffing de los equipos; liderar, desarrollar el talento y motivar a los equipos
