About the Ro le

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Manager / MVA Lead Generation to oversee reporting, reconciliation, billing, quality assurance, and workflow optimization across our lead generation partner network.

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of performance reporting, maintaining billing integrity, improving operational processes, and leading the Reporting team. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with leadership experience and is comfortable working with large datasets, identifying discrepancies, and driving process improvements.

Success in this role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of operational accuracy, and proactively identifies opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reporting & Performance Analytics

• Build, own, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Monitor and report on:
• Lead volume
• Conversion rates
• Revenue
• Cost
• Profit margins
• Design accurate, reliable, and easy-to-read dashboards for internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Analyze reporting trends and proactively identify anomalies, risks, and performance opportunities.
• Present actionable insights to support business decisions.

2. Data Reconciliation & Billing

• Reconcile data between:
• Call tracking platforms (e.g., Ringba)
• Internal CRM systems
• Partner-reported data
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies affecting reporting accuracy or billing.
• Manage the complete billing cycle for partner payouts and invoicing.
• Ensure invoices are accurate, timely, and fully reconciled.
• Maintain billing calendars and ensure all financial deadlines are met.

3. Quality Assurance (QA) Oversight

• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards across lead generation operations.
• Monitor:
• Lead quality
• Call quality
• Data accuracy
• Work closely with the QA team to identify issues before they impact reporting, billing, or partner relationships.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance data integrity and operational quality.

4. Workflow Optimization & Team Leadership

• Develop, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Streamline reporting, billing, and QA workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and support Reporting team members.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure operational excellence.
• Research complex operational issues and drive them to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve reporting processes and cross-functional communication.

Required Qualifications

Reporting & Analytics

• Strong experience creating operational and business performance reports.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights from large datasets.
• Experience designing dashboards and KPI reporting.

Data Reconciliation

• Experience reconciling data across multiple platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Experience investigating reporting discrepancies and identifying root causes.

Billing & Financial Operations

• Experience managing billing, invoicing, or financial reconciliation processes.
• Strong understanding of operational reporting and payout accuracy.
• Ability to manage recurring billing schedules and deadlines.

Leadership

• Previous experience managing or mentoring a reporting, operations, or administrative team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Ringba or similar call tracking platforms.
• Experience working in lead generation, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or call center environments.
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar.
• Experience improving workflows through automation and process optimization.
