Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Lead - Latin America

Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manufacturing Lead to serve as the functional point-of-contact for recruiters in Mexico (Monterrey and Tecate) and the Dominican Republic (Santo Domingo). You will lead a team, drive sourcing strategies, and collaborate with HR to improve recruitment across hourly and salary roles regionally.

You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager - Latin America, ensuring end-to-end processes, metrics, and tools align with best practices.
