En MECANICA TEK, empresa líder en el sector automotriz ubicada en Nombre de Dios, Chihuahua, buscamos talento comprometido para integrarse a nuestro equipo de mantenimiento y reparaciones como Jefe de Taller. Responsabilidades: Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de técnicos/as en el taller automotriz.Asignar tareas y dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los procesos de mantenimiento y reparación.Asegurar el uso eficiente de herramientas, insumos y equipos.Evaluar el desempeño del personal y proponer mejoras en los procesos.Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y calidad. Requisitos: Título universitario concluido en Ingeniería Mecánica, Automotriz o carrera afín.Experiencia comprobable (mínimo 3 años) en talleres automotrices, preferentemente en posiciones de liderazgo.Conocimientos sólidos en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, así como en gestión de equipos de trabajo.Habilidad para detectar fallas técnicas y proponer soluciones efectivas.Trabajo presencial en Nombre de Dios, Chihuahua.
