SAP FI Electronic Invoice

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong invoicing and billing process expertise to support finance operations, system enhancements, and SAP optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), with a strong understanding of invoicing workflows, accounts receivable, billing integration, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules with a focus on invoicing and billing processes
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Support end‑to‑end invoice processing, including billing, posting, reconciliation, and reporting
• Collaborate with business users, finance teams, and technical teams to resolve system issues
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Support integrations between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as SD and MM
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities
• Develop functional specifications and support documentation
• Provide user training and post‑implementation support
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and company policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of SAP FICO experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP invoicing and billing processes
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Cost Center Accounting
• Knowledge of SAP integration points with SD and MM modules
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP FICO certification preferred
• Experience with S/4HANA environment
• Knowledge of EDI, tax configuration, or electronic invoicing solutions
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or consulting environments
