Accounts Payable Lead, Americas & Automation

Harvey AI

Harvey AI, based in CDMX, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable leader to own day-to-day operations across the Americas, with emphasis on the US, Canada, and expansion into Mexico and Brazil. You will report to the Global AP Manager and handle invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, and employee expense reviews.

As the team grows, you will identify recurring issues, streamline processes, and partner with Tax and local advisers to introduce automation and AI while maintaining controls
