Will be responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.**What a typical day looks like:*** PCBA and Mechanical assembly process control and improvement;* New product introduction and ramp up, and material issue handling;* Customer and internal communication;* Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability;* Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters;* Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements;* Evaluate and select various engineered materials;* Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products;* Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities;* Develop manufacturing documents and review processing methods;* Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer;* Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.**Experience we are looking to add to our team:*** Full engineer experience in electronic industry (Process engineering).* Bachelor or above degree.* Experience in PCBA and mechanical assembly.* Intermediate - Advanced English communication.* good at report editing capability.* Have good communication skill with OEM customer.* Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge.* Can use statistic method to analysis.## **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** ## Competitive Salary.* ### Life & Medical insurance.* ### Christmas Bonus.* ### Food Coupons.* ### Saving Fund.HS115## ## Job CategoryProduction EngineeringRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
