DESCRIPTION

• Verification of the implementation of product/process specifications, test instructions, as well as process regulations and quality regulations.
• Perform the evaluation of supplier’s parts within the different commodities.
• Ensure and assess the acceptance of supplied parts quality according the standards through inspections, audits, etc.
• Validate timelines, deliveries and all requirements are met during the different steps of the launch process.
• Check the status of capability study results, FMEA measures implementation, special characteristics assurance.
• Review new quality specification releases with process partners, their implementation timeline and define responsibilities.
• Maturity evaluation of individual build phase, including changes (engineering and process changes).
• Coordinate activities with process and production associates regarding first part releases for each build phase.
• Execution of traceability stress tests within the scope of validation events – hardware (e.g. on parts) and software (information telegrams).
• Status monitoring and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related.
• 3+ years of experience inside the industry with knowledge in quality, quality systems, quality assurance, production and/or similar positions.
• Experience with product/process audits according to international standards (IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001).
• Good knowledge of problem‑solving tools (8Ds).
• Experience with E/E commodities.
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Good knowledge of production process and product release.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (lean manufacturing) and Six sigma tools.
• Experience with Project Management tools.
• Good knowledge of Non‑conforming processes and material management.
• Certified Quality auditor under ISO 19011 (desirable).
• Handling of KPIs and reporting.
• Gather technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements.
• Fluent English (Conversational level).
• 6 month contract.
