Support Specialist |Application Support (Guadalajara)

Job Summary

We are seeking an L2 Support Specialist or L2 Application Support engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (Mexico). The role focuses on providing L2 support, resolving issues, performing detailed root cause analysis, and collaborating with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
• Assist in code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
• Support product servers and clients on cutting‑edge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery initiatives.
• Continuously focus on enhancing application performance.
• Work effectively in collaboration with other team members.
• Provide technical feedback and support to development teams.
• Perform detailed root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Demonstrate validated collaboration and communication skills, leading in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support.
• Good knowledge of Unix, SQL, and scripting languages.
• Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Java.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
