Onsite IT Specialist — Helpdesk & Infrastructure (Mexico City)

Samsara in Mexico City is hiring an Onsite IT Specialist to join our BizTech Helpdesk team. You’ll troubleshoot issues, provision laptops, and manage access to keep colleagues connected and productive.

This in-office role requires 5 days per week in the Mexico City office, handling ticket queues, asset management, and collaboration on IT projects while documenting policies and driving secure, scalable IT operations.
