Main Objective

This position is focused on project management.

What challenges will you have?

• Develop and implement a plan for each project that complies with the Project Management procedures established by Bosch and with the development plans of each client. Monitoring and compliance of strategies, structuring timelines identifying the critical path, key event (milestones) and indicators.
• Collect individual tasks, leagues, duration, and resources needed to meet project deadlines, as well as identify and validate with all team members. Obtain approval from the organization for the project.
• Ensure compliance with the cost and quality objective for the project. Coordinate the transfer of information to team members inside and outside the plant.
• Initiate and coordinate activities to overcome project obstacles and time constraints.
• Continuously review key event tasks (milestones) agreeing on changes in project deadlines.
• Achieve OEE/Production Line Utilization Goal.
• Ensure Zero defects plan to the client, with the implementation of "Safe Launch" ensuring the quality of the product and process throughout the Source-Make-Delivery flow in each of the new launch projects (Consolidation and deployment).
• Deliver the final product on time.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• Engineering degree: Industrial, Mechanic or Mechatronic.
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
• Intermediate English level.

Technical Knowledge
