Metals Category Manager: Global Sourcing & Cost Innovation

Baxter Healthcare in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a Category Manager to develop and execute market-leading sourcing strategies for metals. The role offers mentorship, critical thinking, and deep knowledge of metals categories to support Baxter GBUs mission to Sustain and Save Lives.
You will lead global commodity strategies, consolidate supplier bases, optimize costs, and drive supplier performance through cross-functional teams, while negotiating contracts and supporting continuous improvements
