We're looking for a Supply Chain Planner Sr. Head who is passionate about building smart, resilient supply plans that keep our business moving. In this role, you'll lead strategic planning initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive decisions that ensure our products reach customers at the right time, in the right quantities, and with the highest operational efficiency.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

• Supply Planning Strategy — Develop and execute supply plans that balance customer demand, production capacity, inventory targets, and business priorities while maintaining excellent service levels.
• Inventory Optimization — Monitor inventory performance, identify supply risks, and optimize stock levels to improve product availability and working capital.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Commercial, and Logistics teams to align supply plans with business objectives and support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
• Planning Leadership — Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply planners while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement & Analytics — Analyze supply chain performance, identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve planning accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency through data-driven insights.

We're Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, or similar functions.
• Previous experience leading planning teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, production planning, and end-to-to-end supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Coupa, or similar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English.
