RFP Analyst

About the Opportunity

A leading organization in the corporate travel industry is seeking a detail-oriented RFP Analyst to support the administration, implementation, and maintenance of negotiated hotel programs and corporate travel agreements.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate processing, validation, and loading of hotel rates and negotiated contracts into Global Distribution Systems (GDS), supporting both local and global travel programs. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, operational excellence, and experience within the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, validate, and process negotiated hotel rates and agreements.
• Load, maintain, and update hotel programs, properties, chains, and associated configurations within GDS platforms, primarily Sabre.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality before and after system implementation.
• Support sourcing and RFP-related operational activities.
• Manage customer and agency code access (PCCs) and maintain negotiated rate access codes.
• Coordinate with local and international teams to ensure successful implementation of agreements.
• Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies related to hotel rates and contractual conditions.
• Conduct rate audits and quality assurance reviews.
• Maintain organized databases, records, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure service levels and operational deadlines are consistently met.
• Provide occasional support for online booking tools and travel management platforms such as Concur.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, International Business, or a related field.

Required Experience & Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS (required).
• Experience with Galileo and/or Amadeus (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data analysis, and database management.
• Experience managing, validating, and maintaining large volumes of operational data.
• Understanding of corporate travel and hotel sourcing processes.
• Experience collaborating with international or global teams.
• Knowledge of Online Booking Tools (OBTs) such as Concur is a plus.
• Advanced English communication skills (required)
