The Sales Development Coordinator (SDC) ensures Baker Hughes maximizes its revenue, profit, and collection opportunities in the short and long term by ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract compliance, and payment for assigned work. This role will coordinate necessary work activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes delivers work in accordance with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions.

Main Responsibilities

 

 

• Coordinate the planning and execution of tubular services on land and offshore platforms.

 

 

• Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, materials, and personnel for scheduled operations.

• Act as a point of contact between customer, field operations, logistics, maintenance and supply chain.

• Monitor operational performance, costs, asset utilization, and KPI compliance.

• Manage resource scheduling and team mobilization/demobilization.

• Review and validate operational reports, work orders, and contractual documentation.

• Lead the response to operational problems, identifying corrective and preventive actions.

• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in planning meetings with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Support initiatives for continuous improvement, productivity, and cost optimization.

• Productive Time (PT) y Non-Productive Time (NPT).

• Compliance with safety objectives (TRIR, incidents, near misses).

• Profitability and cost control of projects.

• Logistics delivery compliance and inventory availability.

 

Requirements

 

 

• Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field.

 

• Experience in tubular services, OCTG, completions, casing running or drilling services.

• Knowledge of offshore and/or onshore operations.

• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

• Experience in resource planning and project management.

• Intermediate-advanced English.

• Knowledge of HSE standards and quality systems.
