IT Business Analysis (Cuautitlan)

As a Business Analysis Specialist, you will be part of the Point of Sale team, contributing to the analysis of Mexico PPG's Point of Sale needs within the paint industry. You will help analyze all the different requirements gathered from concessionaires and internal business teams. You will be reporting to the IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze detailed business, functional, and technical requirements for Point of Sale
• Create specifications based on the requirements analysis
• Support application testing, maintenance, and provide support to verify testing performance versus production
• Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
• Adopt and promote QA practices, collaborating with the WA team and writing test scenarios
• Provide on‑call support and help resolve production issues

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT requirements analysis, translating them into specifications, and designing systems
• Experience writing test scenarios according to the specifications delivered
• Experience helping development teams identify issues in production systems
