We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting for multiple manufacturing sites across the U.S. and North America. This role partners closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver efficient, high‑quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a consistent, compliant, and positive candidate experience.
The position focuses on proactive talent sourcing, pipeline development, and execution of targeted recruiting strategies across multiple channels. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information, while ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal standards.
Responsibilities also include tracking recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, as well as maintaining accurate and compliant data within the Workday ATS .
