If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Business Systems Analyst (ERP Baan V / Infor LN - Logistics & Warehousing)** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus**.Reporting to the IT Project Manager, the Business Systems Analyst (ERP Baan V / Infor LN - Logistics & Warehousing), you will be the functional architect for our Baan V / Infor LN Logistics and Warehousing modules. You will lead the design and optimization of end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless data flow between the ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Factory Applications. This role requires a deep understanding of inventory strategies, material flow, and logistics movements in a global manufacturing scale.**What a typical day looks like:*** Logistics SME: Act as the primary functional expert for Baan V / LN modules including Purchase, Sales, Inventory, and Warehousing.* Process Engineering: Design and implement optimized workflows for receiving, put-away, outbound shipping, and cycle counting, minimizing operational bottlenecks.* Integration Leadership: Oversee the integration between the ERP logistics modules and external systems (MES, TMS, or 3PL interfaces) to ensure real-time inventory accuracy.* Requirements Management: Lead the elicitation of complex business requirements for warehouse automation and logistics tracking, translating them into high-level functional specifications.* System Lifecycle: Manage the SDLC for logistics-related enhancements, from initial gap analysis to successful deployment and user stabilization.* Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge* Work directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goals* Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.* Advanced English is Mandatory* Solid knowledge in ERP* Advanced SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
