About the role

As a Strategic Business Analyst , you will play a critical role in shaping data-driven decisions that support business growth and long-term strategy. Working independently, you will transform market, economic, and competitive insights into actionable intelligence that helps guide product, service, and commercial strategies across the organization. Your work will directly influence strategic planning, target market growth, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As a Strategic Business Analyst , you’ll be responsible for:

• Collecting and analyzing macroeconomic, industry, target market, and competitor intelligence independently
• Conducting moderately complex market research to support strategic planning and product or service development, improvement, or elimination decisions
• Compiling commercial, financial, and technical information to support business development initiatives
• Developing and executing moderately complex modeling and analysis related to market and business intelligence data
• Supporting the development of business intelligence tools, control systems, and reporting mechanisms to monitor target segment growth and strategic account performance
• Reviewing and helping finalize reports used by product and service leaders to develop insights, recommendations, and strategies

Requirements

We are looking for people who are analytical, detail-oriented, independent, and strategic thinkers . If this is you, get in touch.

As a minimum you must have:

• University Degree or equivalent (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data, Math, or related field)
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, market intelligence, or strategic planning roles
• Strong experience with Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
• Advanced or intermediate English communication skills

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience with Tableau
• Background in financial or commercial modeling
• Experience supporting strategic business growth or product management teams
