Delivery Manager LATAM

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead recruitment operations across Mexico and Central America . This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end talent acquisition delivery, managing client relationships, leading recruitment teams, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition leadership, stakeholder management, and service delivery, with proven experience driving performance through KPIs, team development, and strategic workforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Talent Acquisition teams across Mexico and Central America.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment delivery.
• Ensure achievement of recruitment KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance, hiring metrics, and business results.
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead regional recruitment operations and support workforce planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.
• Develop and coach team leaders and recruiters to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, RPO, or Delivery Operations.
• Experience managing recruitment teams across multiple locations or countries.
• Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience monitoring operational performance and recruitment metrics.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience supporting regional operations across Latin America is preferred.
