Senior Human Resources Manager (Aguascalientes)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as a strategic business partner for a large-scale manufacturing operation in Mexico. This role will lead all aspects of Human Resources, supporting a dynamic 24/7 environment and partnering closely with site leadership to drive business performance through people strategies, talent development, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with site leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Foster a positive employee experience and strong workplace culture through engagement and employee relations programs.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, organizational design, and change management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Support compensation, benefits, and retention strategies in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
• Analyze workforce metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Lead and develop the local HR team while driving continuous improvement across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership responsibility within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Demonstrated success in talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Additional Information

• Full-time, on-site position.
• Occasional travel may be required.
