We're looking for a  Marketing Project Manager to help drive the successful execution of marketing initiatives in a collaborative, Agile environment.

In this role, you'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure marketing projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule. You'll work closely with marketing, creative, product, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders while contributing to continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high quality standards.
• Escalate risks and issues when appropriate.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, creative, product, legal, compliance, and business teams.
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support communication between internal teams and external vendors when needed.
• Facilitate project status meetings and follow up on action items.

Agile Delivery

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Help teams adopt Agile best practices and improve delivery processes.
• Promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Communicate project risks, timelines, and delivery status.
• Ensure expectations remain aligned throughout project execution.
• Prepare project documentation and meeting summaries.

Governance & Quality

• Support marketing governance processes and approval workflows.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and delivery records.
• Help ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements when applicable.

Must-have Skills

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience managing projects, marketing initiatives, or cross-functional programs.
• Advanced English proficiency ( C1).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Project Management

• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experience managing project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Agile

• Practical experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Passion for continuous improvement and process optimization.

Stakeholder Management

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and keep stakeholders informed throughout project lifecycles.

Marketing Operations

• Experience supporting marketing teams, campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with marketing workflows and project coordination.
• Experience working with creative, content, or campaign teams is preferred.

Nice-to-have

• AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
• Scrum Master, PSM I, CSM, PMI-ACP, or other Agile certifications.
• Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Experience supporting marketing organizations within Financial Services, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Exposure to marketing automation platforms and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Experience coordinating external vendors or agency partners.
