Buscamos un/a Líder Multifuncional Perecederos con enfoque en resultados, calidad y gestión de equipos, para asegurar la excelencia en nuestra área de panadería. ¿Cuál será tu impacto? Serás responsable de coordinar y supervisar las operaciones diarias, garantizando la disponibilidad, calidad y frescura de nuestros productos durante toda la jornada. Principales responsabilidades: Supervisar la elaboración y horneado de pan, asegurando procesos eficientes y consistentes.Garantizar la disponibilidad continua de producto en piso de venta.Verificar la calidad, frescura y presentación de los productos.Asegurar el cumplimiento de recetas, procesos y estándares de producción.Gestionar pedidos de materia prima de acuerdo con la demanda.Controlar inventarios, mermas y faltantes.Dar seguimiento a la correcta rotación de productos y fechas de caducidad.Monitorear el desempeño y productividad del equipo, promoviendo mejora continua. ¿Qué buscamos en ti?
