Job Title: Sr. Manual QA Tester

Location :Remote in Mexico

Job Type :Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases for IVR/IVA systems in Spanish.
• Validate voice prompts, menu flows, and responses for accuracy and functionality.
• Document test results, report defects, and work with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Follow structured testing processes and methodologies.
• Participate in test case reviews and requirement discussions.
• Ensure quality standards are met for both functional and voice interaction aspects.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and QA best practices.
• Experience in manual testing , preferably in voice-based systems.
• Ability to create, execute, and maintain test cases and documentation.
