Finance Business Partner

Job Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide strategic financial guidance and finance leadership to service businesses. This includes, but is not limited to take the leadership in(i) FP&A and longer term planning, (ii) stakeholder, risk and investment management, and (iii) acquisition integration. The role is likely to adjust and flex based on demand within MGS. The job holder will need to demonstrate strong ability to strategic agility, deal comfortably with ambiguity, superior problem solving skills, strong business acumen, change management experience, and demonstrate track record around application of best practices to drive value-added efficiencies and development of new capabilities

What are we looking for?

• 12+ years of experience working in a finance/planning environment.
• Experience of working in a global function/organization (working across different time-zones/regions).
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal skills including influencing with and without authority.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization.
• Knowledge in SAP & MS Office (Strong Excel skills desired, i.e. pivot tables).
• Fluency in English is essential.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Act as a strategic finance partner and trusted advisor to MGS Service Business and Support Function leadership.
• Support the development of the operating model, deployment roadmap, and annual/mid-term business plans.
• Lead financial governance of transformation programs, including business cases, investments, and benefits tracking.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, risk management, and governance standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial performance management activities.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, performance analysis, and actionable business insights.
• Develop and implement cost allocation and cost-sharing methodologies across segments.
• Coordinate transformation cost and benefit reporting and support strategic investment decisions.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, efficiency initiatives, and best practices.
• Lead, develop, and engage the global Services & Finance team while contributing to the overall leadership agenda.
