Responsabilidades
- Proporcionar soporte técnico a los usuarios de Apple y PC.
- Realizar el armado y desarmado de computadoras.
- Resolver problemas de hardware y software en los dispositivos de los clientes.
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a través de diferentes canales de comunicación.
Requisitos
- Conocimiento en armado y desarmado de computadora.
- Experiencia previa en soporte técnico y servicio al cliente.
- Conocimientos sólidos en hardware y software.
- Pasión por la tecnología y el servicio al cliente.
- Bachillerato Culminado, Licenciatura - ingeniería trunca (Sistemas, Informática, o afín).
