Vacante: Asesor Senior de Ventas – Turno Vespertino Empresa: Grupo Gayosso Ubicación: Tijuana Horario: Turno de tarde (vespertino) --- ### Descripción del puesto En Grupo Gayosso buscamos un Asesor Senior de Ventas con experiencia, enfoque en resultados y alta calidad humana, capaz de brindar asesoría profesional en servicios de previsión funeraria y atención a clientes en momentos sensibles. --- ### Funciones principales
- Asesorar a clientes sobre planes de previsión funeraria.
- Prospectar nuevos clientes (llamadas, referidos, visitas).
- Dar seguimiento a cartera y oportunidades de venta.
- Elaborar cotizaciones y propuestas personalizadas.
- Cerrar ventas y cumplir metas comerciales.
- Brindar atención empática y profesional.
- Apoyar y guiar a asesores junior.
- Registrar información en sistema y reportar resultados.
- Experiencia en ventas (preferente en servicios o intangibles).
- Facilidad de palabra y negociación.
- Orientación a resultados.
- Actitud proactiva y disciplina.
- Alta empatía y trato con clientes.
- Disponibilidad para turno vespertino.
- Sueldo base competitivo.
- Comisiones semanales sin tope, con ingresos superiores a $20,000 pesos semanales según desempeño.
