GRUPO GARZA PONCE, a través de su división BRIO ENERGÍA, líder en la provisión de ingenierías y servicios de valor que solucionan de forma sustentable el suministro de energía para la industria, se encuentra en búsqueda de un PROJECT MANAGER
En BRIO ENERGÍA, nos dedicamos a impulsar la eficiencia y sostenibilidad en el sector energético industrial. Buscamos un profesional proactivo y organizado que se una a nuestro equipo para garantizar la ejecución exitosa de nuestros proyectos, desde su concepción hasta su entrega final.
Funciones principales (Enfoque administrativo y de coordinación)
- Ser el enlace principal con clientes, inversionistas y proveedores, dando seguimiento a avances, compromisos y expectativas del proyecto.
- Coordinar las áreas de Diseño, Ingeniería, Costos, Procura y Preconstrucción para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos, tiempos y presupuestos.
- Dar seguimiento al avance físico-financiero de los proyectos y generar reportes ejecutivos para la toma de decisiones.
- Supervisar el cumplimiento de hitos, entregables y desempeño de contratistas y proveedores.
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a trámites, permisos y licencias ante dependencias gubernamentales y organismos reguladores.
- Verificar el cumplimiento de normativas, estándares de calidad y requisitos de seguridad aplicables al proyecto.
- Participar en procesos de licitación, contratación y control documental, asegurando transparencia y apego a los procedimientos internos.
- Coordinar reuniones de seguimiento, elaboración de minutas y control administrativo de los proyectos.
- Enfoque principalmente administrativo, de coordinación y gestión de proyectos , con interacción constante con distintas áreas internas y externas.
