Location: Mexico City / State of Mexico (Hybrid 2-3 times per week in the office)

A leading international company in the fragrance industry is seeking a Senior Consumer Insights Manager to join its growing team in Mexico . This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in shaping fragrance innovation, influencing key business decisions, and partnering with creative, marketing, and commercial teams across the region.

Responsabilities

• Lead and develop a team of Consumer Insights professionals.
• Generate actionable consumer and market intelligence to support fragrance development and business growth.
• Partner closely with creative, commercial, and marketing teams to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
• Translate consumer behaviors, market trends, and research findings into inspiring and impactful business recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects across categories , customers, and markets while balancing priorities effectively.
• Oversee research programs, supplier relationships, and research budgets.
• Present compelling insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture focused on continuous learning and development.

Requirements

✅ 6–10 years of experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research, Consumer Understanding, or related fields.

✅ 2–3+ years of experience working within a Fragrance House , ideally supporting Consumer Fragrances.

✅ Advanced English proficiency.

✅ Proven experience leading and developing teams.

✅ Strong expertise in consumer research methodologies and insight generation.

✅ Ability to influence decision-making through data, insights, and storytelling.

✅ Strong business acumen and understanding of consumer products categories.

✅ Experience managing external research suppliers and negotiating project deliverables.

✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
