At INFINIX, we're looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social presence and help position us as one of the most dynamic and culturally relevant smartphone brands in Mexico and Latin America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute impactful social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage our official channels across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create engaging content plans, campaigns, and real-time trend activations.
• Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt campaigns for the Mexican market.
• Partner with influencers, creators, and gaming communities to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
• Manage social media budgets, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships.
• Stay ahead of trends, competitor activity, and cultural conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Experience in the smartphone or technology industry is required.
• Proven track record of growing social communities organically and through paid media.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent copywriting, content creation, and campaign planning skills.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Sprout Social.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Passion for technology, gaming, and digital culture.
