Generalista Senior de Recursos Humanos
Quanex está buscando un Generalista Senior de Recursos Humanos para unirse a nuestro equipo ubicado en Monterrey, N. L.
Responsable de liderar iniciativas estratégicas y operativas de Recursos Humanos en una planta manufacturera, apoyando procesos de talento, relaciones laborales, capacitación, cumplimiento normativo y liderazgo de primera línea.

Responsabilidades
- Identificar y proponer soluciones para decisiones de talento, relaciones laborales y compensación.
- Colaborar en la implementación de estrategias de RH alineadas a los objetivos de la planta.
- Coordinar programas de inducción, capacitación y desarrollo.
- Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento, selección e integración del personal.
- Administrar el programa de pruebas de sustancias y políticas de ambiente protegido.
- Impulsar comunicación efectiva y promover una cultura de seguridad y bienestar.
- Supervisar investigaciones internas y la gestión de reclamaciones laborales.
- Participar en el Comité de Seguridad y en investigaciones de incidentes.
- Implementar políticas y procedimientos de personal.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento con la LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT y Normas Oficiales (NOM‑035 y NOM‑037).
Requisitos
- Licenciatura terminada + Maestría preferentemente.
- 5+ años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos en ambientes de manufactura o posiciones similares.
- Bilingüe español–inglés (indispensable).
- Conocimiento sólido en LFT, relaciones laborales, compensación, seguridad social y NOMs.
Salario
El rango salarial para este puesto es competitivo dentro del mercado local y varía según experiencia, bilingüismo, certificaciones y grado de complejidad del sitio asignado.
