Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.Job Overview:Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Analyst, Brand Communications to join the Burger King Mexico team.This role is part of the Brand Communications team and supports the execution of integrated marketing communication initiatives across multiple consumer touchpoints. The position works closely with creative, media, and content agencies, as well as internal cross-functional teams, to help ensure timely and high-quality execution of campaigns aligned with brand objectives and the commercial calendar.The ideal candidate combines a passion for marketing and brand communications with strong organizational, coordination, and analytical skills. This role requires attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Help ensure consistency across brand communications by adhering to established brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity standards.Support communication and content development for new product launches in collaboration with agency partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams according to the marketing calendar.Support the management and tracking of the Brand Communications budget, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal processes, and alignment with the commercial calendar.Coordinate project timelines, follow-ups, approvals, and deliverables across multiple ongoing initiatives.Support campaign performance tracking and reporting in collaboration with agency partners.Qualifications:EducationBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.Experience1–2 years of experience in communication agencies, FMCG/CPG, QSR or retail industries is a plus.Experience supporting marketing campaigns, budget tracking, or cross-functional projects.Experience coordinating with internal teams and external partners is a plus.Exposure to campaign coordination, reporting, or project management is preferred.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office required, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to track performance metrics and support reporting processes.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Soft SkillsStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation capabilities.Ability to review creative materials and provide feedback aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills.Sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership of assigned responsibilities.Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach to work.Passion for branding, marketing, and delivering impactful consumer experiences.Language SkillsThis position requires conducting business operations across the Latin America region.
