Logistics Planning Coordinator

Automotive Industry | Manufacturing Sector

A leading company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Logistics Planning Coordinator , responsible for ensuring proper material planning and supply, guaranteeing plant operational continuity and compliance with production schedules.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in material planning within manufacturing environments, mandatory in the automotive industry .
• 2 to 3 years of experience in coordination or supervisory roles in planning, with proven results.
• Strong experience in:
• Inventory management and control
• Demand analysis and material planning
• Advanced knowledge of SAP (materials modules) .
• Experience interacting directly with OEM customers.
• Coordination and management of national and international suppliers .
• Experience managing critical supply situations:
• shortages, escalations, mix changes, among others.

Technical Knowledge

• Advanced SAP ERP (mandatory)
• Production planning
• Inventory control and optimization
• Lean Manufacturing
• EDI processes (Electronic Data Interchange)
• Procurement and supply chain processes
• Management and follow-up of engineering changes
• Interpretation of releases, forecasts, and production schedules
• Advanced English (mandatory)
