Your New Role

This position supports the Procure to Pay workstream of Warner Bros. Discovery. The role includes overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintaining PTP processes, ensuring SOX compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment, and providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay operations.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Deliver world‑class proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures
• Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (e.g., vendor creation is timely, invoices match to PO’s correctly, invoices route to the appropriate coders, etc.)
• Communicate complex issues and effectively handle difficult customer requests to maximize productivity, payment resolution, and effectiveness
• Handle escalated and time‑sensitive requests for PTP activity
• Produce PTP reporting to support operational needs
• Reconcile PTP integrations as needed
• Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems
• Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required, and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred
• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials and SAP is required
• Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred
• A working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong independent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to self‑manage to meet competing deliverables
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently, creatively, and efficiently
• Proven track record in meeting deadlines
