Payroll Accounting Analyst (US) - GAAP & Reconciliations

Santiago, N.L.

Eaton Corporation seeks an Accounting Analyst (US) to provide payroll accounting support for US sites, ensuring data integrity in line with US GAAP. You will manage accruals, reconciliations, and adjustments for payroll and benefits, while coordinating with finance and internal accounting teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 2+ years in accounting, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Oracle/SAP ERP systems. Proficiency in English is essential.
