Objetivo General del Puesto Liderar la planeación, coordinación y ejecución de proyectos de la agencia, asegurando el cumplimiento de alcances, tiempos, presupuestos y los estándares de calidad establecidos en la agencia.
Fungir como el vínculo estratégico principal entre clientes y equipos internos, promoviendo una operación eficiente, una comunicación efectiva y una óptima asignación de recursos para garantizar la rentabilidad y el cumplimiento exitoso de los proyectos.
Requisitos
• Licenciatura en Marketing, Publicidad, Comunicación, Administración o afín.
• Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Project Manager, Account Manager o posiciones similares dentro de agencias de publicidad BTL, marketing o eventos.
• Experiencia comprobable liderando múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
• Conocimiento en metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etcétera).
• Dominio de herramientas de seguimiento y gestión (Basecamp, Monday, Asana o similares).
• Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
Prestaciones de ley (Esquema mixto). Horario Lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 18:00 hrs.
Primeros 3 meses 100% presencial posteriormente pasa a esquema Híbrido 3 días en oficina / 2 Home office
Disponibilidad acorde a entregables y necesidades de operación.
Reporta a Director General/Director de Operaciones.
Principales Responsabilidades
• Liderar la planeación integral de proyectos desde el brief hasta la entrega final.
• Definir alcances, cronogramas, responsables, riesgos y rutas críticas de cada proyecto.
• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de estrategia, creatividad, diseño, producción y operación.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos de entrega, calidad y presupuestos establecidos.
• Gestionar la carga de trabajo y la asignación eficiente de recursos internos.
• Dar seguimiento puntual a pendientes, acuerdos y compromisos con clientes y equipos internos.
• Identificar riesgos operativos y generar planes de acción preventivos y correctivos.
• Supervisar la correcta documentación y actualización de proyectos en las plataformas de gestión.
• Mantener una comunicación clara y constante con clientes, proveedores y stakeholders internos.
• Garantizar la rentabilidad de los proyectos en conjunto con las áreas involucradas, mediante una adecuada gestión de tiempos, recursos y alcances.
• Implementar mejoras continuas en procesos y metodologías de trabajo para eficientar tiempos sin perder calidad.
• Generar reportes ejecutivos de avance, desempeño y resultados. Indicadores de Desempeño (KPIs)
