Modelador 3D (3D Max and Raytracing) (Monterrey)

Satellite Teams is searching for a 3D Designer / Visualizer to perform architectural renderings for the company using 3DS Max plus V-Ray. The successful applicant will be detail‑oriented, creative, have basic knowledge of residential and commercial design, and possess the passion and adaptability to grow with a fast‑growing company.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D designs from 2D floor plans
• Import 3D designs into rendering programs
• Add objects as necessary to complete the design per specifications
• Edit objects as necessary to fulfill the intent of the design
• Add maps and textures and manipulate them to achieve desired results
• Create and add direct and ambient lighting
• Create camera views per best practices
• Set up renderer settings and render camera views
• Export rendered views to Photoshop for further enhancement
• Record contemporaneous timekeeping of all activities
• Submit interim files to the client for approval per schedule
• Collaborate with team and client throughout the process
• Maintain texture, map, and object files
• Create 2D and 3D object files (ie: furniture, profiles)

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience with interior exterior architectural design and rendering
• Computer skills and working knowledge of the following software: 3ds Max plus V-Ray, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop
• Extensive portfolio for review

Compensation

Salary : $28,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
