Global IT System Administrator - Corporate Functions

Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, integrate, operate, and support the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.
- Perform platform customizations, integration work, and application development.
- Monitor and troubleshoot platform performance and incidents.
- Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations to minimize disruption.
- Maintain security configurations and collaborate with InfoSec.
Requirements
- Hands–on Software Developer & Application Administrator with experience in application administration, platform customization, and development.
- Experience with supported technologies (e.g., .NET/C#, JavaScript, REST APIs).
- Ability to manage integrations with external systems via APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and platform health monitoring.
- Skills in creating technical documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver configurations and documentation.
