About the Role - Clinical Role

• Assist the Clinical department and the hospital research team during the conduct of the study, and after the procedure, in all study‑required data collection, including adverse and serious adverse events reporting, source data collection, etc.
• Device Management: Monitor inventory levels, initiate logistics (shipments and movement tracking) of investigational products according to regulatory and company guidelines; monitor levels and expiration dates; coordinate communication between internal and external customers to facilitate return of product.

Education / Training Role

• Assist in the development of training plans and materials, including hands‑on training such as simulated procedures and SIM models, and training materials development and preparation.
• Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and staff on Urology therapies and technical matters related to the company products by conducting and/or coordinating one‑on‑one training sessions, in‑service education programs, seminars and outside symposiums; provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to train their personnel.

Sales Support

• Collaborate with the Territory Manager on business strategy and tactics at the physician level; demonstrate mastery of all sales tools and programs; understand competition strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop, build, and strengthen long‑term relationships with stakeholders including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Support Urology surgery services in the operating room and follow up with patients, physicians, nurses and medical administrators.
