At Molex, our Molding team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions through operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. We are a collaborative group of production, tooling, and engineering professionals committed to achieving outstanding results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead and coordinate Injection Molding Machine (IMM) operations to meet production schedules and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications through effective quality control processes.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues and improve overall performance.
• Develop, coach, and inspire a cross-functional team, including Production Supervisors, Tool Room Supervisors, and Process Engineering leaders.
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and employee growth.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost improvement.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
• Collaborate closely with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to support key business and operational metrics.
• Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with company policies and manufacturing standards.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Experience leading molding operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a high-volume, high-mix production environment.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing quality systems and safety standards.

What Will Put You Ahead

• MBA or other advanced business degree.
• Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Experience working in highly automated manufacturing environments and advanced process controls.
