Acerca del Rol
Responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar proyectos de estrategia e innovación, transformando insights de consumidor, tendencias, datos y nuevas oportunidades del ecosistema de medios en recomendaciones y soluciones accionables para los clientes. Trabaja de la mano del Director de Strategy & Innovation en la construcción de iniciativas estratégicas, proyectos de innovación y nuevas capacidades para la agencia.
Responsabilidades
- Desarrollar análisis estratégicos a partir de datos, comportamiento del consumidor, tendencias culturales y dinámicas de mercado.
- Identificar oportunidades relevantes en medios, tecnología y nuevas plataformas.
- Traducir research y señales emergentes en insights, oportunidades y recomendaciones concretas para clientes.
- Participar en el diseño y ejecución de proyectos de innovación, pilotos y programas de test & learn.
- Construir frameworks, presentaciones, POVs y materiales estratégicos para clientes y equipos internos.
- Apoyar el desarrollo de nuevas metodologías, herramientas y productos estratégicos de la agencia.
- Trabajar de manera transversal con equipos de Media, Data, Research, Tecnología, Creatividad y Client Leadership.
- Participar en workshops y sesiones estratégicas con clientes, aportando análisis, oportunidades y casos relevantes.
- Dar seguimiento a iniciativas de innovación y documentar aprendizajes para su posible escalabilidad.
Habilidades Requeridas
- Experiencia en estrategia, medios, insights, research, innovación o communications planning.
- Capacidad para conectar consumer behavior, culture, media y technology.
- Pensamiento analítico y estratégico.
- Habilidad para sintetizar información compleja y convertirla en recomendaciones claras.
- Buenas capacidades de storytelling y construcción de presentaciones.
- Curiosidad por nuevas plataformas, tecnologías y comportamientos emergentes.
- Perfil colaborativo, proactivo y orientado a la ejecución.
- Herramientas: TGI, GWI, Euromonitor, Emarketer, Admetricks, herramientas de tendencias y manejo de IA.
