LATAM Repair Center Manager – Vivo After Sales Manager

Overview

Lead and develop the LATAM Smartphone Repair Center network across Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Panama. Drive customer service satisfaction, KPI management, and local assessment service goals. Implement corporate customer service strategies, formulate policies, and manage service innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage LATAM smartphone repair center operations in selected countries.
• Monitor customer service satisfaction and KPI performance to achieve local assessment goals.
• Implement the headquarters' overseas customer service work plan and service strategy.
• Formulate service policies, processes, and plan service innovation activities.
• Manage market product reputation, quality issues, and local service team of agents and providers.
• Handle customer and user complaints across LATAM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 1 year of relevant service work experience, preferably in the smartphone industry after‑sales service.
• Strong consumer‑oriented service awareness, communication skills, logical thinking, and rapid learning ability.
• Strong responsibility and execution sense, capable of independently completing projects and driving teams to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in Chinese or English communication and strong stress resistance.
• Willingness to travel to LATAM countries.
