Your role

Own major incident communications and stakeholder alignment during high-pressure service events, ensuring timelines, owners, actions, and next updates are explicit in Spanish and English

Key Responsibilities

• Manage major incident communications, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate business and technology stakeholders during customer-impacting incidents.
• Support regional business engagement and escalation management.
• Ensure decision points, action owners, and next-update timings are clearly captured.

Your profile

• Spanish and English fluency.
• Strong stakeholder management and incident communications.
• Confidence coordinating business and technology teams during major incidents.
• Escalation management and executive-facing communication.
• Ability to keep teams aligned under pressure.
