Product Manager

About the Role

The Product Manager is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and driving digital product and platform capabilities that support Mexico business operations and strategic growth. This role works closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA, and technology leadership to translate operational needs and market opportunities into actionable product roadmaps and delivery priorities.

The role serves as the connection point between business outcomes and technology execution, ensuring solutions are practical, user-centered, and aligned with Element’s broader technology direction. The Product Manager is accountable for clarifying requirements, prioritizing value, supporting delivery, and measuring adoption and business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Product Vision and Roadmap Ownership Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for assigned Mexico technology capabilities. Translate business strategy, operational needs, and stakeholder input into clear delivery priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Requirements and Backlog Management Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities in partnership with business stakeholders and delivery teams. Maintain a well-groomed backlog that balances value, risk, effort, dependencies, and operational impact.
• Business and User Collaboration Partner with Operations, Commercial, Client Success, Technology, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, process pain points, and opportunities for digital enablement. Facilitate working sessions to align stakeholders and support adoption.
• Delivery Partnership and Launch Readiness Work closely with engineering, QA, and project delivery teams throughout development and release cycles. Support solution validation, user acceptance, launch planning, communications, and post-launch feedback.
• Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement Define and monitor KPIs related to adoption, operational efficiency, user satisfaction, and business impact. Use data, feedback, and market insight to refine priorities and improve product outcomes over time.

What you´ll need:

Required

• Experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, digital transformation, or technology delivery roles.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business, technology, and operational teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize based on value, risk, and feasibility.
• Experience supporting agile delivery teams and iterative product development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics for varied audiences.

Ideal candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with fleet, mobility, logistics, financial services, operations, or enterprise workflow platforms.
• Experience working with engineering and QA teams on web applications, APIs, integrations, or SaaS platforms.
• Experience using product analytics, SQL, reporting tools, or operational KPIs to guide product decisions.
• Experience launching new digital products or modernizing legacy business applications.
• Spanish and English fluency or experience operating in bilingual business environments. Certifications / Licenses
• Product management, agile, Scrum, or project management certification preferred but not required.
