Labor Law Attorney

We are looking for a Sr. Labor Attorney (Consulting), in our MTY Office.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• +6 years of experience as a Labor Attorney - Consulting.
• Bilingual .
• Provide day-to-day labor consultancy to clients, including interpretation and application of Mexican labor laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Draft, review, and update employment agreements, internal policies, and labor-related documentation in alignment with current legal requirements and best practices.
• Advise clients on employee relations matters such as terminations, disciplinary actions, restructuring processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong client service orientation - a "client first" mentality.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
• Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders or clients.
• Maturity, gravitas, and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to work well in both a team and individually.
• High sense of urgency.
