About the Role

At Chemetall, we create chemistry by connecting customer needs, demand planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, and financial objectives across the supply chain. As Customer Service & Supply Chain Mx Manager, you will lead and coordinate Customer Service, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehousing activities in Mexico. You will help ensure material and product availability, supply continuity, on-time customer deliveries, and inventory optimization while supporting the organization's service, cost, and working-capital objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Supply Chain strategy for Mexico.
• Coordinate Customer Service, Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Import/Export, and Warehousing operations.
• Ensure compliance with customer-service indicators and manage the order flow from receipt through final delivery.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, commercial products, customer equipment, and finished goods through effective planning and supply management.
• Lead demand and supply planning to balance commercial requirements with operational capacity, inventory levels, and the business's financial objectives.
• Manage inventories to support healthy coverage levels, reduce obsolescence, optimize working capital, and maintain product availability.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, import, and export operations in compliance with applicable regulatory, legal, and corporate requirements.
• Lead the local S&OP / Supply Review process and support decisions related to supply risks, capacity, inventories, and customer service.
• Define, monitor, and ensure compliance with Customer Service and Supply Chain KPIs; drive corrective actions and continuous-improvement projects focused on service, productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Establish mitigation plans for supply risks and promote cost-optimization initiatives.
• Develop the Supply Chain and Customer Service team through training, performance follow-up, and individual development plans.
• Ensure compliance with Compliance, Responsible Care, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, AS 9120, Quality, Safety, Health, Environment, and applicable corporate procedures.
• Participate in scheduled courses, briefings, and meetings that form part of the Company's training plan.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that are aligned with the position's scope and competencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• More than 5 years of experience in Supply Chain leadership roles, including multidisciplinary team leadership, Customer Service, manufacturing, imports, inventory management, and planning.
