Graduate Intern, Quality Engineering (Guadalupe)

Quality Intern (Students Only) We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Intern to support our Quality team. This opportunity is designed exclusively for currently enrolled students who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in Quality Management Systems, process improvement, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating Quality Management System (QMS) documentation
• Support internal audit preparation and follow-up on action items
• Help collect, organize, and analyze quality data and performance metrics
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support tracking and documentation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Assist with document control processes (revision, distribution, and archiving)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
• Provide general support to the Quality team in daily activities and projects

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of quality principles or ISO 9001 (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with quality tools such as 5 Whys, Ishikawa, or 8D (a plus)
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
