Link-Worldwide is looking for a Lead Software Engineer in Guadalajara, Mexico. This hybrid position involves designing, building, and optimizing backend services using strong programming skills in Java and Python.
The ideal candidate must have excellent coding capabilities and be proficient in both conversational English and Spanish. A deep understanding of cloud-native applications, APIs, and event-driven architecture is essential for success in this role.
