Brindar soporte operativo, logístico y administrativo al Liderazgo de Marketing & Comunicación para México y LATAM, colaborando en la ejecución de eventos corporativos, gestión de materiales promocionales, creación de contenidos visuales e implementación de iniciativas de comunicación interna y externa.
Horario: 8:00 AM a 2:00 PM
Modalidad: Híbrido
Monto de beca: $9,500 brutos
Perfil: Estudante de Marketing, Comunicación, Diseño, Relaciones Públicas o afines.
Responsabilidades:
Coordinación de inventario: Apoyo en el control, registro y gestión del stock de promocionales para clientes y fuerza de ventas.
Envío y logística: Coordinación de entregas de kits y promocionales a la fuerza de ventas e invitados.
Soporte en eventos: Apoyo logístico antes, durante y después de eventos corporativos y patrocinados (Fórmula 1 y Fórmula E), incluyendo seguimiento a listas de asistencia, registros y preparación de materiales.
Medición de resultados: Recopilación de datos y métricas clave (asistencia, encuestas de satisfacción, alcance) para la elaboración de reportes post-evento.
Diseño y producción de contenidos visuales: Apoyo en el diseño y adaptación de flyers , infografías, posts para redes sociales y piezas digitales bajo los lineamientos e identidad gráfica de la marca.
Presentaciones corporativas: Formateo, diseño y estandarización visual de presentaciones ejecutivas internas y externas.
Calendarios: Apoyo en la elaboración y actualización de calendarios de contenidos/comunicación para clientes.
Redacción y adaptación: Asistencia en la redacción de comunicados, newsletters o mailing dirigidos a clientes y colaboradores.
Canales de comunicación: Apoyo en el seguimiento y mantenimiento de los canales oficiales de comunicación externa e interna.
Competencias y habilidades:
Inglés avanzado
Microsoft Office
Manejo de herramientas de diseño como Canva , Adobe Illustrator o Photoshop .
Conocimiento básico en métricas de eventos o redes sociales.
Ubicación:
Insurgentes Sur, Nápoles, CDMX.
