**General Summary:**As part of the Hispam Compute Sales team, this role is responsible for developing winning strategies to expand assortment and accelerate sales velocity of the compute category with selected key Commercial segment partners.
This role requires leadership and coordination with global sales and marketing teams, plus LATAM regional leads from the product, engineering, marketing, and other business units.
This position requires exceptional cross-functional collaboration, impeccable organization, Executive communication, follow-through, and collaboration skills, as well as a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate will build Key Account Engagements to develop strong partnerships with assigned partners portfolio, driving PC unit volume and Snapdragon brand visibility and preference, resulting in Qualcomm market share growth in Commercial sales channels and the Government segment.
Candidate must possess excellent customer engagement, execution and communication skills complemented by technical understanding to drive business across key stakeholders, both internal and external including ecosystem partners.
Candidate should have proven strong sales experience and strategic roles within the compute Commercial channel ecosystem including sales to Government segment.Roles & Responsibilities* Develop and drive Sales / Business Strategy to introduce and grow Snapdragon Compute Platform with selected portfolio of partners in commercial segment including Government.
* End-to-end strategic account management of accounts that cater to the Commercial segment in Hispam region, driving optimal assortment with partners that target SMBs, Enterprise and Government.
* Develop and secure new business with enterprise accounts and system integrators to make Snapdragon Compute as the choice of device for enterprise and government usage.
* Set goals/ KPIs with partners and monitor program progress by tracking the productivity and ROI of channel investments, exceeding channel quota for sales and impact.
* Develop channel programs for deeper collaboration with distribution partners.

* Market the benefits of co-marketing, branding, and PR with Qualcomm to assigned portfolio partners.
Work with the marketing function to envision and execute joint marketing campaigns.
* Manage go-to-market of programs, including building and managing partner implementation, training partner managers, and reporting progress within global cross functional teams.Industry Experience**:*** Strong knowledge and proven relationships with the PC market ecosystem in Hispam region with Mexico as Key Country.
* Solid Knowledge and experience in commercial channels (distributors, System Integrators, Direct) with deep relationships across key partners.
* Experience of managing/ driving business development in high-technology organizations, catering in the B2B space including Government segmentMinimum Qualifications* Bachelor's degree or equivalent* 7+ years in Commercial specific electronic technology channel sales (e.g. sales to distributors, channel partners, system inegrators), and/or B2B marketing roles in Mexico.Preferred Qualifications* 10+ years of sales, marketing, product management and/or business development, most of it within Compute ecosystem/distribution players managing IT products.
* B.Tech/ BE or equivalent , or MBA in sales & marketing with strong Analytical skills.
* Existing relationships with PC ecosystem commercial channels leadership and distributor account owners in Mexico.
Working knowledge of the Compute technology ecosystem and partners* Ability to successfully navigate inherent challenges/obstacles of new product adoption, and demonstrated experience in selling new or nascent technology/devices through channel partners* Ability to communicate, educate and evangelize both internally & externally* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Creative problem solving with strong analytical skills**Applicants**: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
